ANALYSIS ANALYSIS OF PROFITABILITY OF FISHERY BUSINESSES IN DAPOER NAYCHA MSMES IN CEMANDI VILLAGE, SEDATI DISTRICT, SIDOARJO REGENCY, EAST JAVA PROVINCE

Abstract
Micro, small and medium enterprises are businesses that carry out activities by producing a product, both goods and services, where the main raw material is based on the utilization of natural resources. The characteristics of micro, small and medium enterprises are that the raw materials used are easily available, the technology used is simple, able to accommodate a lot of labor, the majority of products produced are absorbed in the local (domestic) market and do not rule out the potential for these products to be exported (Halim, 2020). So, the purpose of the research carried out at Dapoer Naycha Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is to see and study how a business is able to apply management functions, namely technical aspects and financial aspects so that the business is able to achieve previously planned goals by empowering all the resources owned by this business. The research was conducted on July 10, 2023 - August 12, 2023. The results obtained from this study using technical aspect variables consisting of location determination, facilities and infrastructure, and production processes, Financial aspects consist of capital (fixed capital, current capital, working capital), financing (fixed costs, variable costs and total costs), revenue, profit, R / C ratio, BEP, RTC and REC. One of the recommendations that can be given to this business is to increase the number of workers and increase production volume.
