Abstract

ABSTRACT


The purpose of this research is to know the level of multimedia feasibility of desingned and the difference in students’ achievement after used the multimedia of IC regulator charging system. This research uses quantitative method of quasiexpeimental type with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of the research was the students of XI TKR 1 as the experimental class and XI TKR 2 as the control class, each class here 30 students. Techniques and instruments of data collection used questionnaire and test method. The results of multimedia feasibility test by media expert obtained 77,22%, while by the material expert obtained 90,33%, the result showed that the media criteria is feasible. The score enhancement classpretest and posttest of control class was 11,21% the average score from 59,44 to 66,11, while the experimental class was 26,93% the average score from 61,89 to 78,56. The results of t-test analysis for tcount pretest was 1,68 while for the posttest was 6,75. The result of N-gain test for the average score of the control class was 0,164 with low enhancement criteria, while for the experimental class obtained 0,437 with medium enhancement criteria.
