Correct governance starts from the correct paradigm in ecotourism management. The Research Group "Maritime and Border Area-Based Resilience" has the opportunity to help with proper ecotourism governance. For this reason, the objectives of this activity are: (1) to communicate the concept of ecotourism management by applying ecotourism principles, (2) to instill a new paradigm in ecotourism management as an effort to increase the resilience of coastal areas. This activity is carried out using a face-to-face approach in a meeting for the presentation of the concept of question and answer, discussion, and problem solving from case studies. In addition, direct survey assistance activities were carried out at ecotourism locations. The results of extension activities in planting ecotourism concepts or principles were welcomed by all village officials and ecotourism managers. This is because seaweed has a unique taste, high in fiber and practical. One of the businesses that process seaweed in Yogyakarta is Ora Food. Ora Food processes seaweed into snacks, namely seaweed chips and sprinkled seaweed, where there are two flavors for each product. The purpose of this study is to find out about marketing aspects, technical aspects, and financial aspects of business. The data collection methods used are observation, participation, interviews, and documentation obtained directly in the field. The marketing aspect studied consists of marketing strategies that include (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, &amp;; Differentation) and marketing mix which includes the 7Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, &amp;; Physical Evidence). The technical aspects include determining the location of the business, facilities, infrastructure, and production processes. The financial aspect consists of capital, financing, revenue, profit, R/C, BEP and RTC. The results of the study were obtained where the revenue obtained was Rp. 24,375,000 / month, profit of Rp. 11,941,255 / month, R/C &gt;1 means profitable business, BEP sales of Rp. 11,432,704, BEP Unit of original seaweed chips as much as 290 units, BEP Unit of spicy seaweed chips as much as 315 units, BEP Unit of original seaweed and sow as much as 17 units per variant,&nbsp; and an RTC value of 78%. A qualitative approach and survey method were used to analyze the share of household food expenditure as well as factors affecting food security. The results show that the food security of fishermen households in Kenebibi Village, Kakuluk Mesak, is food secure with a low expenditure share. One of the processed fishery products from mackerel fish is crackers. Currently, Ciepoerindo Small and Medium Enterprise play a role in processing fisheries into cracker products. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the management aspects, technical aspect and financial of the business. The data collection method usus active participation, observation, interviews and documentation. Marketing aspects include marketing strategy (segmentation, targeting, positioning, differentiation) and marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, process, people, physical evidence). Technical aspects include determining business location, infrastructure and production processes. The financial aspect for profitability analysis consists of capital, financing, revenue, profits, R/C, Break Even Point (BEP), and Return to Total Capital (RTC). The results of this research showed that revenues amounted to IDR 207.000.000/month, profits amounted to IDR 73.985.469/month, R/C &gt; 1 means profitable, BEP for units of mackerel fish crackers was 23 units, 10 units of original fish crackers and 10 units of onion fish crackers. Break Even Point sales amounted to IDR 4.959.672, and RTC value of 53%.
