Enhancing the Internalization of Nationalism by Singing the National Anthem 'Indonesia Raya' at SMPN 13 Madiun

Instilling the value of love for one's country is closely related to shaping the character of students, especially junior high school students. One way that can be started to foster a feeling of love for the homeland in the education or school environment is by holding the cultural activity of singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya. By singing the national song Indonesia Raya, students understand the meaningful content of the lyrics of the national song Indonesia Raya. The main aim of this research is to determine the impact of the program to get students used to singing the national anthem, namely Indonesia Raya, on the character of students at SMP Negeri 13 Madiun. This research is qualitative research using case study methodology with the participation of students and teachers from SMPN 13 Madiun. The three data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on research findings, efforts to incorporate the habit of singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya into the educational curriculum of students at SMP Negeri 13 Madiun have resulted in a more nationalistic attitude on the first day of school as recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2017. One of the means used by SMP Negeri 13 Madiun in implementing research is by listening to traditional Indonesian music to instill a sense of nationalism in the lives of students. This is known as "seriousness" from students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya to foster the character of nationalism in students at SMP Negeri 13 Madiun is in accordance with the 2017 Ministry of Education and Culture concerning Rules for the First Day of School. The obstacle to the main objective of SMP Negeri 13 Madiun in implementing the program to implement the policy of singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya to students in order to foster a sense of nationalism in cultivating nationalistic character in students is the lack of "seriousness" of students in implementing this habit

PROFITABILITY ANALYSIS OF ORNAMENTAL CORAL REEF BUSINESSES AT UD. SURYA MANDIRI LESTARI, BANYUWANGI DISTRICT, EAST JAVA.

Abstract,
Ornamental coral reefs can be cultivated in marine waters and Indonesia has great potential. Cultivation of ornamental coral reefs has developed over the last decade as an economic source and opens up new business opportunities. Ornamental coral reef cultivation has potential for Indonesian fisheries cultivation because it has a high selling price and export potential. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the technical and financial aspects of the UD Surya Mandiri Lestari business, Banyuwangi Regency. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, active participation and documentation. Types of data based on the sources used, in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used uses Capital, Financing, Revenue, Profit, R/C Ratio, BEP, and Profitability. The research was conducted on October 1-November 4 2023. The results obtained from this research, namely the profits obtained amounted to , the R/C ratio is which means profitable, BEP (sales) amounting to IDR 1,018,647,493. The BEP of the largest unit is owned by 5,318 units and the profitability is 23.5%, which means it is still feasible in the short term.

IMPROVEMENT OF WORKLOAD AND PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF 520 ML BLACK SOYBEAN SWEET SOYSAUCE

The Sweet Soy Sauce Company in Bekasi is a food industry company that produces 520 ml black soybean sweet soy sauce. The problem experienced is the fluctuating demand for soy sauce. To overcome fluctuations in demand and determine production targets according to capacity, production workload improvements are proposed. In this research, the appropriate method for predicting the need for 520 ml black soy sauce is the Single Exponential Smoothing method with a Mean Squared Error (MSE) value of 5,72389 x 10¹⁰ for 12 months of planning. The Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) validation stage of the Master Production Scheduling (MPS) alignment plan was carried out within a period of 6 months. RCCP validation results show capacity consumption at Work Center A is 95.38% and Work Center B is 95.58%.

EDUKASI KESEHATAN BUD (Beyond Use Date) KEPADA IBU PKK TANAH MERAH SURABAYA

We often encounter people's habit of storing medicines in the surrounding environment. We can see that in every house people usually keep medicines. Medicines kept as supplies are deliberately purchased for use during an emergency. Apart from that, the habit of storing leftover prescription medicines should not be stored because it can cause them to be misused or misused or damaged/expired. Many problems can arise because many people do not know or even lack understanding regarding managing medicines at home, so the community needs to be given guidance regarding this matter. This counseling is carried out using question-and-answer methods or activities and material presentations. It is hoped that it can provide knowledge to the people of Tanah Merah Surabaya through Mrs. PKK regarding the storage period for medicines after the primary packaging is opened. Before the counseling begins, participants are given a pre-test, and after the counseling is completed, participants are given a post-test. This is done to test participants' understanding of the material before and after counseling. The results of the pre-test and post-test show that there is an increase in knowledge received by the community

Analisis Profitabilitas Usaha Pengolahan Sambel Ikan Pada UMKM Nyambelin di Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang

Sambal ikan adalah hidangan khas Indonesia yang terdiri dari ikan yang dimasak dengan sambal. Sambal ikan menggunakan ikan, cabai, tomat, dan bawang merah sebagai bahan baku pembuatan sambal ikan. Penambahan ikan ke dalam bahan pembuatan sambal ikan memiliki tujuan untuk menambah cita rasa yang khas dan nilai gizi pada sambal. Kandungan gizi ikan, seperti protein, omega-3, vitamin, dan mineral, berkontribusi pada kesehatan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis aspek teknis, aspek pemasaran, dan aspek finansial pada UMKM Nyambelin. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi partisipasi, wawancara tidak terstuktur, partisipasi aktif, dan dokumentasi fisik. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk analisis data menggunakan R/C Ratio, BEP, REC, dan RTC. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 17 Juli – 17 Agustus 2023. Hasil yang didaptakan dari penelitian ini, yaitu keuntungan yang didaptakan berjumlah Rp. 117.885.700 pada R/C rasio sebesar 1,77 yang artinya menguntungkan, BEP (penjualan) sebesar Rp. 1.534.299. BEP (satuan) pada kemasan sachet sebesar 375 unit, kemasan botol sebesar 1 unit, kemasan pouch sebesar 1 unit, dan pada kemasan standing pouch sebesar 0 unit. REKAM sebesar 41,2%.

Business Profitability Analysis at CV Laut Jaya in Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands

Fishery services begin by determining the superior fish species which is an important step in realizing sustainable economic development. Superior fish is a potential fish type that is considered able to compete with similar products in other regions, comparative advantage it also has high business efficiency. It can be said that superior fish is the most sought-after fish type and has high sales value so it is expected to generate greater income compared to other types of fish. Used in development for the fisheries sector in fishery services in Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands. CV Laut Jaya which has advantages in the fishery services sector has a positive impact on the economy which has innovative value. One of the best in the Tanjungpandan Fishing Port Complex (PPNT). One of the services used is frozen food located in Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands. This research aims to analyze the performance and profits obtained by CV Laut Jaya. Data obtained through interviews, documentation and active participation. Types and sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method uses RC Ratio and BEP. The results obtained RC Ratio value is more than 1 (1.31) where the business is feasible to run in the short term. BEP (Unit) values can be known in detail for each product as BEP Banana Fish Units (42), Birai Fish (78), Snapper (80), Fan Shrimp (4.42). BEP Production Service Unit (315), BEP Transportation Service Unit (250).

First Record of the Cross’ Damselfish Neoglyphidodon crossi (Pomacentridae, Perciformes) from Sempu Strait, South Java Sea, Indonesia

The Pomacentrid reef fish Neoglyphidodon crossi Allen, 1991 for the first time is recorded on the Sempu Strait Waters. Previously, this species distribution is only known from the Pacific Part of the Indonesian Archipeagic Waters. Six individuals of this species has been observed and documented on January 2020 and March 2021 from two different dive spots, Tiga Warna Beach and Stumbut Beach on Sempu Strait, Malang. The observation result from the high-resolution photograph on several individuals confirmed that the morphological characteristics found in the specimens matced the species’ description. This record provide a new representation on its distribution outside the known distribution zone, where this species only recorded around Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua, Bali and the Lesser Sunda Islands.
