Abstract
Production in the fisheries sector in Yogyakarta has increased from year to year. Pearl catfish farming (clarias sp.) is freshwater fish farming that has several features and is in great demand by the community. UPR (People's Nursery Unit) Budi Fish Farm is one of the people's breeding units and providers of freshwater fish seed commodities from Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to know and describe Budi Fish Farm's UPR profile, technical aspects, management aspects, marketing aspects, and financial aspects. The method used is descriptive, which includes observation and documentation by means of researchers descending directly into the field. The result of this research is that the technical aspects consist of facilities, infrastructure and production processes. Management aspects consist of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. From the calculation of profitability analysis, revenue results of Rp.85 were obtained.400,000/cycle, profit of Rp.43,235,000/cycle, BEP units of 655.5 and BEP sales of Rp.25.306.988/cycle. There is also an R/C Ratio of 2.02, which means that this business has an R/C ratio value ˃ 1, this shows that the revenue obtained in this business is Rp.854,000,000 and greater than the costs incurred which means this business is profitable. The profitability value is 102%, which means that this business is feasible, because the existing capital can be utilized efficiently and effectively to generate profits.
