Abstract

Abstract: the formulation of the problem in this study is how to improve the implementation of e-learning based learning in the new normal era by using the continuous practice guidance method of SMP Negeri 1 Mijen Demak semester 1 of the 2020/2021 school year. The research process was carried out in two cycles which included four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage, and the analysis and reflection stage. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the implementation of e-learning based learning in the new normal period by using the continuous practice guidance method of SMP Negeri 1 Mijen Demak semester 1 of the 2020/2021 school year. The improvement of the quality of the implementation of e-learning based learning in the new normal period using the continuous practical guidance method was indicated by the increase in: 1) the number of quality teachers in the implementation of e-learning based learning in the new normal period; 2) the number of teachers who are interested and motivated in preparing the implementation of e-learning based learning in the new normal period. Continuous practice guidance can improve teacher competence in developing e-learning based learning in the new normal period. This can be proven from the results of observations / observations which show that there is an increase in teacher competence in implementing e-learning based learning in the new normal period from cycle to cycle. Zoom cloud meeting pre-cycle 25%, cycle I 45%, cycle II 83%, google classroom pre-cycle 28%, cycle I 68%, cycle II 88%, google meet pre-cycle 40%, cycle I 63%, cycle II 98% , google pre-cycle form is 95%, cycle I is 95%, cycle II is 100%, whatsap pre-cycle is 88%, cycle I is 93%, and cycle II is 100%, pre-cycle video is 35%, cycle I is 50 at cycle II was 70%, youtube pre-cycle was 40%, cycle I was 40%, cycle II was 73%.
